What does “as low as about $62/lead” mean?
On the Pro plan ($1,997/mo for up to 32 leads), full delivery works out to roughly $62 per lead. Starter is ~$71 and Growth ~$66 at their caps. Actual volume depends on demand in your locked ZIPs.
Are leads exclusive?
Yes — the product design is exclusive ZIP / territory lock for your plan, not a shared auction feed.
Where do the leads come from?
Homeowners check a California water-quality report on our consumer report partner tool, then submit “Get local filtration help.” We do not embed that full ZIP report tool on this pro site.
Is billing live today?
No. This MVP is a waitlist. Signup saves to a local JSON file. No charges are collected on the form.
What’s the founding offer?
Free until you receive 3 exclusive filtration leads. After that you choose a paid plan if you want to continue. Details on the Founding offer page.
Do I need to be a licensed plumber?
Yes — FilterLeads CA is for licensed California plumbing / filtration installers. We’ll verify before assigning paid territory.
How should I think about ROI?
Use your real average job contribution and close rate. Example: if a job nets $1,500 after costs, a $997 Growth month at full cap (~$66/lead) is covered by roughly one close out of ~23 leads. That is educational math only — demand and close rates vary. See the plans page.
What happens after I join?
We review your license / service fit and requested territory. If there’s a fit, we’ll contact you when a territory preview opens. You review the terms before any billing; the waitlist itself does not reserve ZIPs.
How are territories assigned?
The product design uses ZIP/city territory locks. Assignment is not automatic and is not live yet. We’ll confirm coverage and exclusivity in writing before launch.
What homeowner context is included?
Name, contact info, ZIP, notes, and when available the matched water utility / PWSID plus match confidence. Utility context is educational and should be confirmed with the homeowner.
